With over 140 new listings this month, Spring is definitely in the air and people are wanting to sell. With a range of about 7% to 12%, appreciation is still strong making it favorable for new buyers to get in and experience growth while allowing sellers to capture positive gains.
So far this month there have been fewer than 20 properties sold, a number sure to increase over the next few months as the inventory of homes for sale continues to increase. Prices have ranged from $43,600 - $325,000 which includes building lots and residential properties.
