Local Market Conditions

According to the MLS statistics, we are about back to 2004 in terms of pricing and values. We have 30% more listings in the third quarter than last year at this time. We also have about 30% fewer buyers in the market than last year at this time. The hot spot in the market are homes priced at and under $150,000 which often pend quickly.
